Objectives and topics
The goal of the TIIS-GSDA special session is to bring together researchers and practitioners focusing on the design, implementation, evaluation, and adoption of trustworthy intelligent information systems (TIIS) in real-world contexts. The session aims to explore the intersection of data governance, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, system reliability, explainability, and organizational adoption.
The scope of this special session includes, but is not limited to the following topics:
- Data governance and data provenance in intelligent systems
- Compliance-aware architectures (GDPR, NIS2, AI Act)
- Cybersecurity and Zero Trust for information systems
- Identity and access management in distributed architectures
- MLOps, observability and monitoring of intelligent services
- Rollback strategies and SLO/SLI management
- Economics of AI/IS adoption (TCO, ROI, cost-benefit analysis)
- Organizational adoption and change management
- User-centric evaluation of intelligent systems (trust, usability, acceptance)
- Explainable AI in enterprise and decision support contexts
- Bias and fairness auditing in AI-based information systems
- Governance frameworks for generative AI (LLM policy, accountability)
- Risk and auditability in intelligent IS deployments
- Domain-specific case studies (e.g., smart cities, transport, health, industry)
- Simulation and validation of trustworthy architectures
- Scalable and cost-efficient infrastructure for data-driven services
