Objectives and topics

Large Language Models (LLMs) have rapidly emerged as a transformative force in the field of Artificial Intelligence, offering unprecedented capabilities in natural language understanding, generation, and human-AI interaction. The applications of LLMs now span multiple industries, including healthcare, finance, education, and beyond. As the capabilities of LLMs continue to evolve, so too must the methods for their design, development, and deployment. The DDLLMA 2025 Special Session at the 17th Asian Conference on Intelligent Information and Database Systems (ACIIDS 2025) is dedicated to exploring the latest advancements in the development and deployment of LLM applications. This session aims to provide a platform for researchers, practitioners, and industry experts to share their insights, methodologies, and innovations related to LLM applications. The discussion will focus on practical challenges, innovative solutions, and future directions in leveraging LLMs for various domains. We invite submissions that present novel research, case studies, and real-world implementations of LLM applications. The session also aims to highlight the ethical, technical, and operational challenges associated with LLM development and their deployment in large-scale systems.

The scope of the DDLLMA 2025 includes, but is not limited to the following topics:
  • Design, Development, and Optimization of LLM Architectures
  • Applications of LLMs in Healthcare, Education, and Industry
  • Deployment Strategies for Large Language Models in Real-World Systems
  • Ethical Considerations and Challenges in LLM Applications
  • LLMs for Natural Language Understanding, Generation, and Processing
  • Efficient Model Training and Fine-Tuning Techniques for LLMs
  • Large-Scale Data Management and Analytics for LLM Applications
  • LLMs and their Integration with IoT and Big Data Technologies
  • LLMs for Knowledge Management and Intelligent Information Systems
  • Cross-Lingual and Multilingual Applications of LLMs
  • AI-Driven Automation through LLMs in Industry 4.0
  • Security, Privacy, and Governance in the Deployment of LLMs
  • Human-AI Collaboration through Digital Assistants Powered by LLMs
  • Advancements in Model Interpretability and Explainability for LLMs
  • Case Studies: Real-World Implementations and Best Practices for LLM Deployment
