We welcome high-quality, original submissions that contribute to the fields of intelligent information and database systems. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings by Springer and will be submitted for indexing in major scientific databases, including Scopus, Web of Science, and DBLP, specifically:
Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence LNCS/LNAI for full papers
Communications in Computer and Information Science CCIS for poster papers.
Initial Submission Requirements
Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers. Simultaneous submission to other conferences or journals is strictly prohibited.
All manuscripts must be submitted electronically through EasyChair conference management system. Please ensure your manuscript is finalized before submitting, as structural changes to the author list or the core content cannot be made after the review process begins.
Paper Preparation and Formatting
Language: English
Format: Manuscripts must be formatted according to Springer's LNCS/LNAI style template and submitted as PDFs for the initial review phase.
Length: 12-15 pages
The standard length for regular papers is 12–15 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. Submissions exceeding the standard length may incur extra page charges, up to an absolute maximum of 25 pages.
Paper Submission System
Academic Integrity and Peer Review
Every submission undergoes a rigorous peer-review process by at least three independent members of the International Program Committee. Furthermore, regardless of the specific track or special session to which a manuscript is submitted, all papers will undergo a comprehensive final evaluation conducted by the meta-reviewing committee. This two-tiered process guarantees consistent standards for originality, technical depth, clarity of presentation, and relevance across the entire scientific program.
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism. All submitted papers are screened using automated similarity-checking software before being sent out for review. Papers containing plagiarized material, including self-plagiarism, will be desk-rejected without review.
Note: You can find numerous guidelines on ethical writing on the Internet, such as a comprehensive guide prepared by Miguel Roig. In turn, a two-page extract from this guide can be found here.
Camera-Ready Preparation
Once a paper is accepted, authors will receive specific instructions for preparing the final camera-ready version. The final submission will require the original source files (LaTeX or Word), the finalized PDF, and a signed copyright transfer agreement. At least one author must register for the conference and present the paper for it to be included in the final published proceedings.
