Special Session proposals now due August 16

Due to the exceptional response from prospective organizers, the deadline for Special Session, Workshop and Tutorial proposals has been extended to 16 August 2026. This is the final deadline — no further extensions are planned.

We look forward to welcoming the international research community to Bali, Indonesia, in April 2027.

Why we extended the deadline

We received an unusually high volume of interest from prospective organizers ahead of the original 31 July deadline. To give everyone time to finalize a strong proposal, the Call for Special Sessions, Workshops & Tutorials now closes 16 August 2026.

We do not anticipate any further extension — if you are planning to organize a session, please submit your proposal well before the new deadline.
