The combination of technology, law, governance and new technologies in the world around us is obvious and so should be the research. The modern lawyer not only needs to know the law, but also needs to be able to create a smart contract and write data into blockchain. An IT specialist should be familiar with the processes at work in FinTech and cybersecurity regulations, and a manager should be familiar with both the law of new technologies and the state-of-the-art IT systems that support management processes. That is why the Special Session: Cyber Science in Digital Transformation allows the publication of research in a field that combines the two fields and is in the field of digital transformation.
