Objectives and topics
Low resource languages problem is one of the important problems of natural languages processing. This branch incudes speech recognition and languages processing. A small amount of linguistic resources of some languages is an obstacle to application of existing techniques for solving speech and languages problems, and requires adaptation and revision of them, or creation of new linguistics resources. The LRLSTP 2022 Special Session at the 14 th Asian Conference on Intelligent Information and Database Systems (ACIIDS 2022) is devoted to discussing solutions to speech and languages processing problems for the low resource languages. We want to offer an opportunity for researchers and practitioners to identify new promising research directions as well as to publish recent advances in this area. The scope of the LRLSTP 2022 includes, but is not limited to the following topics:
- Speech recognition
- Speech to speech transation
- Morphological models and analysis
- Deep learning in speech recognation
- Syntactic analysis, semantic analysis
- Sentiment Analysis
- Summarization
- Word Sense Disambiguation
- Corpus Studies
- Named Entity Recognition
- Automatic Text Labeling
- Machine Translation
- Text Processing
